APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Legislative Update <br /> State Senator Bev Scalze thanked the Council for their time this evening. She provided a recap <br /> of the events that took place at the State legislature. She noted that 2013 was the first year of the <br /> biennium and that 2014 would be a bonding year. Her hope is to address roads and bridges in the <br /> coming year. <br />
