ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 12, 2013 6 <br /> amount of $69,400 for the TCAAP Master Plan which includes the analysis <br /> and concept layout for the 35W interchange at Highway 96 and County Road <br /> H with the amendment being fully funded by Ramsey County. The motion <br /> carried (4-0). <br /> 10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Werner noted that the State of the City will be held on September 12th. He then <br /> summarized the discussions that took place at the July EDC meeting. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested that Gateway Signs be discussed at the August work session <br /> meeting. <br /> Councilmember Holmes discussed the events she attended last Tuesday for Night to Unite. <br /> Mayor Grant reported that Presbyterian Homes will be having a grand opening in the near future. <br /> He requested that a Councilmember attend this event. <br /> Mayor Grant indicated that he attended one Night to Unite gathering. He reported that he <br /> received many compliments on the gateway sign and the improvements made to the triangle <br /> property. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mavor Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br /> adjourn. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> Mayor Grant adjourned the regular City Council meeting to a special City Council work session <br /> at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Patrick Klaers David Grant <br /> City Administrator Mayor <br />
