We work specifically for local government entities, <br />including Cities, Counties, Towns and public agencies. We have provided these services for a wide range of <br />public sector organizations, from those with fewer than 10 employees to those with more than 3,000 employees. <br />In 2009 through 2011, we completed more than 90 classification and compensation projects and in addition <br />started and completed multiple compensation and classification projects in 2012 in various locations throughout <br />the United States. Names and Backgrounds of the Personnel to be Assigned to the <br />The Springsted team consists of staff with extensive experience in classification and pay, human resources <br />management, organizational and productivity improvement, financial management and local government <br />(both city and county) operations. Ms. Antonsen is a consultant <br />with a strong background in organizational management and human resources that she <br />uses effectively in developing position analyses, classification <br />studies, performance evaluation studies and in conducting executive search efforts for <br />the public sector.
