Each membe <br />strategies will be incorporated into an overall team action plan to be completed no later <br />than October 15 with specific guidelines for shared leadership and accountability for its <br />results in 2013. <br /> <br /> Collaborate with Sheila in 1;1 or partner coaching session for support your strategies <br />prior to the second session. <br /> <br /> Reinforce the results from this colleague trust to results building process to lay the <br /> <br /> <br /> Leverage this team building process for their individual work and community teams <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Logistics <br /> <br /> <br />2 4 hr facilitated sessions <br />1-2 hr coaching with partner groups of team members or individuals as assigned <br />during session 1 providing assistance in developing strategies to be presented for <br />team consideration and commitment. <br /> <br />Session 1 Prework: Completion of DiSC® Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team <br /> Optional: Read Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Lencioni, Patrick <br /> <br />Session 2 Prework: Develop strategies for assigned behavior, (trust, conflict, <br />commitment, accountability or results), to present to the team. <br /> <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />Sheila K Training, Inc. will provide <br /> <br /> Facilitation of 2 four hour sessions at least two weeks apart to allow individual <br />rk on contributions. <br /> Administration of Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Profile process <br /> Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team <br />Profile Reports <br /> Unlimited number of Comparison Reports as requested by team members. <br /> A maximum <br />groups prior to session 2. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />Sheila K Training, Inc. <br />
