pedestrian trail connecting its main campus to the Property approved by this Conditional Use <br />Permit. The Parties hereby agree that: <br />The City will complete construction ofa six to eight-foot, off-road bike/pedestrian trail <br />no later than 2018. <br />The trail will be built from west entrance to Bethel, south along the west side of Old <br />Snelling to County Road E, and then either on the north or south side of County Road E. <br />Final placement is dependent on MnDOT decision regarding placement of the trail on the <br />County Road E bridge over Highway 51. <br />Bethel will be responsible for any trail connections on their properties. <br />Bethel will contribute up to $800,000 towards the cost of the trail to be paid beginning in <br />2016 as follows: <br />2016-$50,000 <br />o <br />2017-$50,000 <br />o <br />2018-$100,000 <br />o <br />2019-$100,000 <br />o <br />2020-$100,000 <br />o <br />2021-$100,000 <br />o <br />2022-$150,000 <br />o <br />2023-$150,000 <br />o <br />Payment shall be made no later than January 31 of each year, and Bethel may prepay any <br />or all scheduled payments. <br />3 <br />
