City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective August 26, 2003 <br /> <br />FUNERAL LEAVE <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills provides time off to regular employees uan <br />employee's immediate family. <br /> <br />Up to three (3) days with pay, not charged to Personal Time Off death <br />of an immediate family member. <br /> <br />TIME OFF TO VOTE <br /> <br />Every employee who is entitled to vote at any State wide general <br />election shall be granted a reasonable amount of time off with p <br /> <br />JURY DUTY <br /> <br />A City of Arden Hills employee required to serve as a juror or under subpoena as a <br />court shall be granted leave of absence with pay while serving i <br />employee shall receive the amount of the difference between the <br />and jury duty pay or fees received for service. An employee shall as <br />pay received for mileage and expenses, to the City and the City <br />regular salary for the time served as a juror. <br /> <br />An employee cannot receive more than the employee's normal take-home pay as a result of <br />any City pay supplement to jury duty pay. <br /> <br />If the jury is dismissed prior to the end of the employee's work report <br />to work if practicable. <br /> <br /> <br /> 29 <br />
