ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 26, 2013 4 <br /> Public Works Director Maurer indicated that there is no set timeline on the quote. <br /> Councilmember Holden thanked staff for their hard work on the gateway sign and surrounding <br /> area on the triangle property. She stated that she has received a number of compliments based on <br /> the improvements made to this property. <br /> Mayor Grant questioned if the City had been using the water truck given the lack of rain this <br /> summer. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer explained that the water truck has been utilized this summer <br /> because of the dry conditions. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion <br /> to adjourn.
