The Metropolitan Council has hired Kimley-Horn to assist with the
evaluation. The report is scheduled to be completed in mid-October. On August 30, Staff was
invited to a meeting at the Metropolitan olitan Council along with representatives of the Minnesota
Vikings and Ramsey County staff, to discuss the review.
