ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETNG—SEPTEMBER 26, 2011 15 <br /> Councilmember Werner stated he participated in the recent Parks, Trails and Recreation parks <br /> tour. <br /> Councilmember Holden recommended the City request the Ramsey County Sheriff to patrol US <br /> 10 at the end of the school day. <br /> Councilmember Holden questioned the status of the Presbyterian Homes triangle property. She <br /> also asked if monies should be included in the 2012 budget to do something with this property. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that she will check into the status of that <br /> property and report back to Council. She added that the property is scheduled to be conveyed to <br /> the City at the end of June 2012. <br /> Councilmember Holden reported that the Northwest Youth and Family Services (NYFS) is <br /> holding their Taste of Northwest this Thursday. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested a wrap-up report on Celebrating Arden Hills. <br /> Councilmember Holden questioned if a speed limit sign can be placed on our speed boards so <br /> residents know what speed they should be traveling. <br /> Councilmember Holmes asked if we have received notification from Northwestern College <br /> about their upcoming grand opening of their Billy Graham Center. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher will provide that information in this week's <br /> Administrator's Update. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that she had attended the recent Lake Johanna Fire Board meeting <br /> and that Fire Station#1 will be open at least until 2016. <br /> Mayor Grant requested an update on the E-2 speed board. <br /> City Administrator Klaers responded that he will check into that and provide information in this <br /> week's Administrator's Update. <br /> Mayor Grant thanked the City staff for all their hard work on Celebrating Arden Hills. <br /> Mayor Grant reported that the sump pump inspection program is nearing completion with only <br /> 45 homes yet to be inspected. <br /> Councilmember Tamble complimented the Public Works crew on the landscaping work <br /> completed in front of City Hall. <br /> City Administrator Klaers reported that the annual review for the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br /> department will be going out to Council for completion. <br />
