ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL— SEPTEMBER 30, 2013 3 <br /> Councilmember McClung thanked staff for the project update and photographs. <br /> C. . State of the City Report <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher explained the State of the City event was held <br /> on September 12, 2013, at Flaherty's Arden Bowl. Approximately 75 people attended. <br /> Councilmembers and Economic Development Commission Chair Ed von Holtum spoke on the <br /> TCAAP project; economic development goals; current transportation and development projects; <br /> and improvements along County Road E. Foundation Board Member Tamble spoke on the Arden <br /> Hills Foundation. The event was videotaped by CTV and once the video is available, a link will <br /> be provided on the City's website. <br /> Councilmember Holmes thanked staff for their assistance with the State of the City. <br /> 4.
