5.2.2.7Loading of the CAD software at dispatch stations/consoles. <br /> <br />5.2.2.8Display and input devices at the ECC and Disaster Recovery (DR) <br /> <br />sites. <br />5.2.2.9Printers at the ECC and DR sites. <br /> <br />5.2.2.10Access to web-based CAD end-user software that allows System <br /> <br />Users to view CAD information. <br />5.2.2.11Installation of CAD client software on end user computer systems <br /> <br /> 24/7 on-call <br />troubleshooting support for Members who load the CAD client <br />software at their own fixed remote locations. <br />5.2.2.12Manage System User accounts to ensure System Users are able to <br /> <br />access needed services and information, in accordance with <br />approved security standards. <br />5.2.2.13Database maintenance to keep up to date incident type codes, <br /> <br />priority codes, emergency response area/beats, response plans, <br />and resource assignment tables. <br />5.2.2.14Written instructions for self-installation of CAD client software (as <br /> <br />applicable) on one version each of up to three (3) operating <br />system platforms (e.g., Windows, iOS, Android). <br />5.2.3Member Responsibilities. Each Member is responsible for procuring and <br /> <br />maintaining the following CAD System hardware, software, and related <br />services: <br />5.2.3.1Computing systems capable of running the CAD client software <br /> <br />per the CAD System . This may <br />include desktop or laptop computers, tablets or other computing <br />devices. <br />5.2.3.2Internal testing of approved System modifications against <br /> <br />Member-owned hardware and software. <br />5.2.3.3Installation of CAD client software at fixed locations <br /> <br />(if agency chooses not to bring the systems <br />service location). <br />5.2.3.4 <br /> <br />5.3Mobile Data System <br /> <br />5.3.1The Mobile Data System provides an interface between the user of <br /> <br />client software on mobile devices and the ECC, as well as an interface to field <br />reporting software accessed by the mobile device. This system provides two- <br />way data transfer regarding dispatched incidents.
