7.2Information Security/System Protection: <br /> <br />7.2.1Members remain responsible for the protection of information the <br /> <br />the System and connecting networks. <br />7.2.2Members must comply with applicable federal and state statutes, laws, and <br /> <br />regulations regarding data security. <br />7.2.3Members must notify the System Manager as soon as possible of any <br /> <br />security breach or known potential threat. <br />7.2.4Members will ensure that any System User or third-party software does not <br /> <br />interfere with System applications, network connections, or security. <br />7.2.5Members will restrict access to the System to only those individ <br /> <br />have received CAD training and are authorized to use the System. <br />7.2.6Members will maintain current operating systems, applications, secu <br /> <br />software, web-browsers, and networked devices through patches, updates, <br />and upgrades in compliance with section 10 of this Agreement. <br />7.2.7Members will notify the System Manager as soon as possible but not later <br /> <br />than the last day of employment when an employee with System access <br />leaves employment. <br />7.2.8Members will notify the System Manager as soon as possible but not later <br /> <br />than the change of status or rank when an employee with System access has <br /> <br />7.3Testing and Training <br /> <br />7.3.1Members shall test Member-owned interfaces, devices and software when <br /> <br />planning internal hardware or software changes or changes to business <br />processes that may affect the System, before putting such into use. <br />7.3.2-way <br /> <br />interfaces, firewalls or routers. <br />7.3.3Members shall perform quality control/quality assurance operatio <br /> <br />testing and implementation of patches, updates and upgrades of Member- <br />owned interfaces, devices and software. <br />7.3.4If at any time configurations implemented by a Member interfere with <br /> <br />operation of the System or if software conflicts develop between <br />required for the successful use of the System and additional software <br />installed by a Member, the County will charge the Member to correct the <br />problem. Member staff must work with the County as requested to resolve <br />the problem or remove the software. <br />7.3.5Members will make their personnel available to attend System training, as <br /> <br />appropriate. <br />CAD and Mobile Data Agreement Ramsey County and User Members Page 25 of 48 <br /> <br />
