<br />CONSENT ITEM <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />November 25, 2013 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Community Development Intern <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #13-014 <br /> Property Owner: <br />Lexington Station, LLC and Roberts Commercial Properties <br />Property Location: <br /> 3833 Lexington Avenue North <br />Subject: <br /> First Amendment to the Lexington Station Phase I Final Plan and Master <br />PUD Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to approve the First Amendment to the Lexington Station Phase I Final Plan and Master <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement based on the September 30, 2013, City Council approval <br />of Planning Case 13-014. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />On September 30, 2013, the City Council approved Planning Case 13-014 for a PUD <br />Amendment for a sign plan for Phase I of the Lexington Station redevelopment project at 3833 <br />Lexington Avenue. The Council approved amendments to the proposal that modified the amount <br />of wall signage and the height and sign area of the Lexington Avenue monument sign. The <br />following is a summary of the amendments: <br /> <br /> <br />The retail bay at the northern end of the building was allowed a total of 140 square feet of <br />wall signage.
