<br /> <br />The retail bay at the southern end of the building was allowed a total of 140 square feet of <br />wall signage. The permitted signage was divided between 40 square feet on the west <br />façade, 60 square feet on the south façade, and 40 square feet on the east façade. <br /> <br /> <br />Each of the eight central retail bays were allowed 80 square feet of wall signage to be <br />divided between 40 square feet on the west façade and 40 square feet on the east façade. <br /> <br /> <br />The permitted height of the monument sign on Lexington Avenue was reduced to 20 feet <br />and the allowed sign copy area was set at 120 square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />The applicant was required to revise the sign plan and remove the proposed non-branded <br />window banner coatings prior to approval of the PUD Amendment Agreement. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a revised sign plan for Phase I that addresses the conditions of <br />approval (Attachment B). <br /> <br />The City Attorney has prepared an amendment to the Phase I Final Plan and Master PUD <br />Agreement (Attachment A).
