AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br /> <br />A.Council Input on TCAAP Master Plan <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher <br />stated that an open house was held on <br />September 17, 2013. The event was well attended and a lot of interaction took place. She <br />indicated that the consultants present tonight would be reviewing: the comments from the <br />developer interviews which were conducted in July 2013; the results of the panel and stakeholder <br />engagement workshop that was held in July 2013; and the feedback that was received at the <br />September open house. Staff requested input from the Council on their ideas for the Master Plan <br />th <br />as Kimley-has of the process. On October 14 the <br />Council will be asked to approve the development scenarios for the AUAR. It was noted that a <br />draft Master Plan should be available for the Council to review in December. <br /> <br />Brian Smalkoski, <br />Kimley-Horn, reviewed the master planning schedule. He noted that his team <br />is moving on from the discovery phase into developing a draft Master Plan that will be discussed <br />by the Council in December. Over the next few months, the input received will be worked into <br />this plan. The plan will then be adopted in 2014. After that point, draft policies and regulations <br />will be addressed in order to complete the AUAR in a timely manner. <br /> <br />
