revised to reflect the amendments to the conditions approved on October 28, 2013 (Attachment <br />C) <br />During the meeting on October 28, 2013, the City Council reviewed a proposal from Bethel <br />University to obtain a conditional use permit to allow higher education as the principal use of the <br />property at 2 Pine Tree Drive.
