Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 9, <br />2013.Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required toact on this request by <br />November 5, 2013(60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60-day review period. <br />The petitioner was notified by November5, 2013, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
