The <br />property is zoned R-2Single & Two Family ResidentialDistrictand isgenerallypositioned <br />north of Beckman Avenue, south of Stowe Avenue, east of New Brighton Roadand west of <br />Lake Johanna. <br />The applicant is proposing to replace the twenty-two (22) foot by twenty-two (22) foot <br />existing non-conforming accessory structure/detached garage on the property.
