November 14, 2013 <br />Mr. Ryan Streff <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br />RE:Site Plan Review / PUD Amendment application <br />Boston Scientific: Building 14 Mechanical Addition <br />RSP Commission Number:613102207 <br />Dear Mr. Streff: <br />In the following letter I have individually listed requests for information from your <br />email sent on November 5, 2013 and indicated the response provided to each one. <br />1.Complete application with signatures. <br />Response:A signed land use application was emailed by Emily Colletti and a <br />check for the required fees was delivered to the City of Arden Hills. <br />2.More details outlining the breakdown of lot coverage types on the property. <br />Building coverage <br />Parking/road coverage/sidewalks <br />Landscaping coverage <br />Response:The site data summariesondrawing sheet G002 PUD Reference <br />Plan have been revised to indicated the following lot coverage types: <br />Building Area (F.A.R.), Lot Coverage: Building, Lot Coverage: Impervious <br />Surface and Landscape Area. <br />3.A more in-depth narrative describing the use of the new addition and the <br />equipment to be installed. <br />What does the equipment do? <br />How often will it run? <br />Will it run more than then current equipment? <br />Willthe old equipment be removed? <br />Will production increased do to this investment? <br />Response: The project narrative has been expanded to address the questions <br />about building use and the equipment to be installed. <br />
