ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 25, 201311 A.Planning Case 13-013 Bethel University 2 Pine Tree Drive - CUP City Planner Streff explained that Planning Case #13-013 was continued from the October 28, 2013, City Council meeting. The Conditional Use Permit and Development Contract have been revised to reflect the amendments to the conditions as approved on October 28, 2013. City Planner Streff reported that during the meeting on October 28, 2013, the City Council reviewed a proposal from Bethel University to obtain a conditional use permit to allow higher education as the principal use of the property at 2 Pine Tree Drive. If approved, this site would function as the east Campus for Bethel University allowing the entire facility to be used for higher education and other general administrative uses.
