ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 25, 201311 <br /> <br /> <br />A.Planning Case 13-013 Bethel University 2 Pine Tree Drive - CUP <br /> <br />City Planner Streff <br />explained that Planning Case #13-013 was continued from the October 28, <br />2013, City Council meeting. The City Council memo and draft minutes from October 28, 2013, <br />are included in the packet. The Conditional Use Permit and Development Contract have been <br />revised to reflect the amendments to the conditions as approved on October 28, 2013. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff <br /> reported that during the meeting on October 28, 2013, the City Council <br />reviewed a proposal from Bethel University to obtain a conditional use permit to allow higher <br />education as the principal use of the property at 2 Pine Tree Drive. If approved, this site would <br />function as the east Campus for Bethel University allowing the entire facility to be used for higher <br />education and other general administrative uses.
