<br />CONSENT ITEM 5B <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />February 10, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Findings of Fact and Decision Regarding Application of TAT Properties, LLC for <br />a PUD Amendment for Property at 1201 County Road E (Planning Case 13-017) <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Findings of Fact and Decision regarding the application of TAT <br />Properties, LLC for a PUD Amendment for the property at 1201 County Road E in Planning <br />Case 13-017. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On January 27, 2014, the City Council considered the application of TAT Properties, LLC for a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment at 1201 County Road E in Planning Case 13-017. <br />The City Council evaluated the submitted project proposal and plans, the staff report and <br />attachments dated January 27, 2014, and the recommendation from the Planning Commission <br />meeting of January 8, 2014. The City Council voted to deny (5-0) the application and directed <br />the City Attorney to draft the Findings of Fact and Decision to be reviewed by the City Council <br />at the meeting on February 10, 2014. The City Attorney has completed the Findings of Fact and <br />Decision document, which is included in Attachment A. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Findings of Fact and Decision regarding the application <br />of TAT Properties, LLC for a PUD Amendment for the property at 1201 County Road E in <br />Planning Case 13-017. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br /> <br />Attachment A: Findings of Fact and Decision Regarding Application of TAT Properties, <br />LLC for a PUD Amendment for Property at 1201 County Road E (Planning Case 13-017). <br />
