The proposed non-illuminated freestanding signs would be designed and fabricated <br />with high grade aluminum with an external color of a dark green with tan accents. The materials <br />and colors selected will complement the existing buildings. <br /> <br />Allowing flexibility for freestanding signage at these properties will not result in any <br />inconsistencies with the purpose or intent of the zoning or sign district.
