NEW BUSINESS 8C <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on December 23, <br />2013. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by <br />February 21, 2014, (60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60-day review period. <br /> <br />The petitioner was notified on January 24, 2014, -day <br />review period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by <br />April 22, 2014 (120 days).
