Good Afternoon Mr. Bachler,

As a resident of 233 3rd Avenue SE, New Brighton since 1983, I am concerned about the addition of SSO collections at
the compost site.

The compost site as it is is a wonderful way of disposing of yard waste during the growing season and I support it
completely. Other than a little more traffic and an odor once in awhile the compost area is not much of a nuisance. The
main problem with the compost as it is relates to the addition of SSO, is users who do not secure their loads and spread
their debris all the way to the compost site. This debris in turn ends up in our yards and along our roads and drives.

Now add SSO to the mix and what will we find along the street to the site then.

Concern #1.
It says in the packet that compostable bags will be provided by Ramsey County. Are they going to be provided at the site
or picked up and used before transporting to the site? Can anyone transport raw SSO to the site. If so, I am totally against
this.
