<br />Concern #2 <br />Animals such as Coyotes and rodents such as Rats do not need much more than scraps to begin to hover close to a food <br />source. Containers are only good for keeping those types of infestations from starting if the people dropping them <br />off make sure that nothing spills or rips. One trip to the compost site on Saturday in the fall will show you how well people <br />follow direction. Misplaced debris in the wrong areas, garbage mixed in the load and plastic left behind tells me all the <br />SSO will not be secure. Additional to that is the smell. I know what my can will smell like in a week. I can just imagine this <br />site smell. Should these concerns become a reality then I will again be against the passing of the conditional use. <br /> <br />I understand that I have missed my opportunity to voice my opinion during the hearing on February 5th but am hopeful <br />you can pass my concerns on to the council before they vote. <br /> <br />Thank You, <br /> <br />Mark H.
