AttachmentA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2014-001 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2014-001 <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1305.04 AND SECTION 1320.05 OF THE ZONING CODE <br />REGARDING AMBULANCE DISPATCH FACILITIES IN THE B-2 DISTRICT. <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Section 1305.04 Subd. 8 shall be added and <br />subsequent subdivisions renumbered accordingly; and Sections 1320.05 and its subdivisions are <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1305.04Definitions. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 <br />Ambulance Dispatch Facility. A base facility that accommodates <br />ambulances and associated staff that respond to requests for emergency vehicles. <br /> <br /> <br />1320.05Land Use Chart. <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Districts: <br />R1R2R3R4NBB1B2B3B4CCGBI1I-2I-FLEXMRMB <br />CDPOS <br />Uses: <br />Ambulance Dispatch Facility C <br /> <br /> <br />Effective Date <br />.
