With <br />a motion to approve Planning Case 14-004, the findings must be amended to reflect the reasons <br />for the approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on January 3, 2014. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by March 4, 2014 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
