PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> A. Organizational and Annual Appointments for the City of Arden Hills <br /> Councilmember Holmes stated that at a work session on November 18, 2013, the Council <br /> discussed appointments and liaison positions. The appointments were supposed to be approved at <br /> a regular meeting in December. She questioned why this was not brought to the Council prior to <br /> tonight. She recommended that in the future, these appointments be approved in December of <br /> each year. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to Adopt Resolution #2014-001, Relating to the Organization of the <br /> City of Arden Hills. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to Adopt Resolution 42014-002, Relating to the Appointments to the <br /> Commissions and Committees of the City. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to Adopt Resolution #2014-003, Appointing Council Liaisons to <br /> Commissions and Committees. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> B. Resolution 2014-004 Supporting Federal Transportation Alternatives <br /> Program (TAP) Funding Application <br /> Councilmember McClung requested a brief presentation from staff on this item. <br />
