The brick panel product is from a line of CanyonBrick styles called Shale Brown. The <br />dimensions of each panel are eighteen (18) inches wide by six (6) feetin lengthwith a <br />thickness of 5/8 of an inch. Each panel has coverageof nine (9) square feet. <br />Staff has examined the proposed brick panel (exterior product)that has been supplied by <br />the applicant. After reviewing the proposed product,staff has determined that the <br />material is not compatible to the principle structure. The brick panel material may <br />resemble a brick finish,but in fact it is made up of fiber cement that functions as a brick <br />siding. This proposed product may achieve the look of brick siding; however, this <br />material is far inferior to the product used on the principle structure.
