AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 17, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PTRC Review of TCAAP Proposed Parks <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As directed by the Council, staff will be reviewing with the PTRC the proposed park facilities <br />included in the draft Master Plan. This item is on the PTRC agenda Tuesday March 18, 2014. <br />Included in the presentation to the PTRC on Tuesday will be an analysis of active park needs <br />prepared by staff based on our understanding of the draft Master Plan including generic park <br />layouts to help determine adequate sizing. The PTRC will be asked for initial reactions and for <br />any questions or direction they want staff to research. Then at the April PTRC meeting they will <br />be asked to provide a recommendation to the Council regarding park facilities and sizing in <br />issue. <br /> <br /> <br />11 <br />Page of <br /> <br />
