AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 17, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO:Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Meetings <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />th <br />At the February 24 Council meeting, there was a brief discussion about the status of the <br />draft TCAAP Master Plan and about developing a TCAAP financial model for the City <br />trunk utilities. Based on these and other recent Council comments, it has become clear <br />that the City Council wants to and should again set up some regularly scheduled meetings <br />for discussing TCAAP redevelopment activities. <br /> <br />I am suggesting that the Council set up work session meetings on the second and last <br />Mondays of the month from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. prior to the regular City Council meetings. <br /> <br />On Monday night, I plan to review the below list of TCAAP discussion topics for the <br />next few months. It is appropriate for some items to be discussed before other topics are <br />presented, and staff is working on a Gantt chart that will outline the project/activities <br />schedule and show the dependency relationship between activities. <br /> <br />Date Topics <br /> <br /> <br />3/17 Regular WS General TCAAP update on current activities/issues <br /> <br />3/31 Special WS Discuss financial modeling options for City trunk utilities <br /> Present and review Gantt chart (project schedule) <br /> Status report on Infrastructure Study <br /> <br />4/14 Special WS Review AUAR environmental report <br /> Discuss City goals for Surface Water Management plan <br /> Continue financial modeling discussion for trunk utilities <br /> <br />4/28 Special WS Draft Master Plan discuss Parks and Open Space analysis <br /> Discuss CR H and Roundabout intersection <br />
