Locations of comparable <br />residential developments and business park/flex space developments can be provided to <br />the Council and seeing some of these projects may assist the Council when evaluating the <br />proposed residential and flex space areas. <br /> <br />A work item to incorporate into the project schedule and to discuss with the Council is <br />the County Plat for the TCAAP boundary and Spine Road. Also, it is expected that work <br />on the Regulations and Policies will be a big part of the summer and fall work sessions. <br />The work session agendas will need to be flexible depending on how work progresses on <br />various parts of the project and depending on the schedule/availability of the <br />staff/consultants involved. <br />
