City of Arden Hills <br />Proposal for Assistance with NPDES-MS4 Permit Implementation <br />Wenck will hold a kickoff meeting and two progress meetings, and attend three Council <br />meetings. (Cost can be adjusted if more or fewer meetings are desired.) <br />Wenck will not exceed the final cost estimate without City approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Schedule <br />Our schedule is presented as Attachment B. All deadlines are bas <br />complete tasks within 6 or 12 months from the permit effective date of Masks may be <br />completed sooner than by those deadlines. <br />Personnel <br />Susan Nelson and Heather Libby propose to assist the City with this project. Both are experienced in <br />developing SWPPPs and working with NPDES permits. Most recently, Susan has been helping the cities <br />of Corcoran and Loretto with similar projects related to their r <br />available at your request. No change in staff will occur without approval from the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Susan Nelson, MS4 Coordinator <br />M.S., Botany <br />B.S., Biology <br /> <br />Susan has been with Wenck Associates for seven years in various <br />she has assisted the cities of Corcoran and Loretto by compiling annual MS4 reports, leading annual <br />public meetings, spearheading permit renewal applications and SWPPP modifications <br />MS4 programs in master files. <br /> <br />Susan will serve as the primary client contact and coordinator. She can be reached at 763-479-5131 or <br />snelson@wenck.com. <br />Heather Libby, P.E., Project Engineer <br />B.S., Geological Engineering <br />Erosion/Sediment Control Specialist training (Site Management and SWPPP Design) <br />Heather has 12 hears of experience in civil engineering, municipal engin <br />SWPPP preparations, and erosion and sediment control inspection Her experience includes <br />developing SWPPPs for various construction projects in Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota.
