City of Arden Hills <br />Proposal for Assistance with NPDES-MS4 Permit Implementation <br />Regulatory mechanisms for construction site stormwater runoff control, post-construction <br />stormwater management <br />Enforcement response procedures <br />Public education and outreach (MCM 1) <br />Illicit discharge detection and elimination program (MCM 3) <br />Construction site stormwater runoff control program (MCM 4) <br />Post-construction stormwater management program (MCM 5) <br />Pollution prevention/good housekeeping for municipal operations <br />Recommend and schedule Best Management Practices (BMPs) that tar <br />o <br />surface water source intakes. <br />Complete an inventory of municipal facilities; this can be as si <br />o <br />that documents facility names, addresses, descriptions, and inspection schedules. <br /> <br />Wenck is committed to completing each of these tasks on or befor <br />meeting is suggested before the end of May to introduce staff an <br />meeting is suggested no later than September 30, 2014, to review documented progress. We suggest <br />this time, as well as attendance and presentation at Council meetings. <br /> <br />Also within this deadline, Wenck will complete the following tasks for MCM 6, Pollution <br />Prevention/Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations: <br /> <br />Develop a schedule to implement surface water source intake BMPs <br />Develop a procedure to determine the TSS and TP effectiveness of <br />Develop a training program that can be scheduled for full-time existing employees, new hires, <br />and seasonal employees. <br />Conduct the first training session. <br /> <br /> <br />Costper Task <br />Our estimate of time and cost for each task is presented as Atta <br />these assumptions: <br />City staff will provide access to policies, procedures, ordinanc <br />related to the SWPPP. <br />With the exception of the first stormwater management training, Wenck is not needed for city <br />operations.
