Deans, City Bond Consultant and Dorothy Zehm, Deputy <br />_ Clerk. _ <br />Mayor Woodburn: We will now go on to the public hearing for <br />Improvement No. SS-w-P-ST-84-1 regarcling the Royal Hills North <br />Plat improvements.
