Plan Review <br /> <br />The proposal is in conformance with the zoning and design standard requirements for properties <br />located in the I-1 Limited Industrial District. A full evaluation of the proposal was presented to <br />the Planning Commission at their May 7, 2014, Regular Meeting. The staff report to the Planning <br />Commission regarding this case is included in Attachment E. <br /> <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case 14-015 at their regular meeting on May 7, <br />2014. Draft minutes from the meeting are included in Attachment F.
