APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meetintz agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> Charlie Kachel, 1500 Arden Place, stated that he drove downtown Arden Hills this past weekend <br /> and noticed that the majority of the street lights along County Road E West were out. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer commented that City staff was aware of this concern and is <br /> working to get the lights back on. <br /> 3.
