The county is financing the deal with $21.4 million in bonding, a <br />$6 million transfer from its solid waste fund and $2 million in contingency funds. <br />In February 2012, the County Board approved a fixed-price agreement for hazardous material abatement, <br />demolition and site remediation. Remediation costs are anticipated to be recovered when the land is ultimately <br />sold for private development. <br />The City will be reimbursed for its infrastructure expenditures through special assessments to developers and/or <br />property owners. <br />June 2014– Final AUAR5 <br />
