The findings in this report currently support approval of this variance. With a motion to deny the <br />variance, the findings must be amendedto reflect the reasons for the denial. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 7, 2014. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by June 6, 2014, <br />(60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. <br />The petitioner was notified on May 28, 2014, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day <br />review period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by <br />August 5, 2014 (120 days).
