Therefore,City Staff is proposing that the engineering fees not eligible for reimbursement be budgeted for in 2008 and <br /> project construction costs in 2009. Both would be taken from the Special Revenue Park Fund. <br /> Within the Safe Routes to School Grant Application,staff has included an in-kind donation from the City of Arden Hills to possibly relocate <br /> nine fire hydrants along the trail route on County Road E2. If contracted out,this would be an estimated cost of$36,000.
