• Each of the affected roadway authorities, which may include: o City Engineer o County Engineer o Mn/DOT District Engineer Letters of concurrence should be submitted on official letterhead and contain the following: • Declaration of project support. • Role in the application development. • Role in project if selected. • Official signature. Letters of Support Applicants may provide additional letters of support from key partners beyond the required letters of concurrence. Partners should have a specific role in the success of your SRTS project and letters of support should be addressed to the local project manager not Mn/DOT. These partnerships will be evaluated as part of the bonus criteria. Application Checklist ❑ Application completed ❑ Map is clear and legible ❑ All sections are answered in concise narrative ❑ All required attachments are provided (i.e. maps, letters of concurrence, MPO notification, etc.) ❑ All photos have a caption. ❑ CD of application and attachments ❑ 3 printed copies of application and attachments Please do not include the application instructions and appendices when submitting your completed application. Please submit three copies of the completed application and all attachments and a CD containing the completed application and any electronic attachments. Any proposals or attachments received after the due date will not be considered.
