AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Water and Sewer System Review <br /> Public Works Director Maurer stated that the Kimley Horn infrastructure team was present to <br /> discuss the sanitary sewer and water portions of the project. In attendance are Jon Horn, Project <br /> Manager, and Tom Lincoln, Task Leader for Land Development. <br /> Staff reviewed the general points regarding the sanitary sewer and water portion of this analysis: <br /> Water <br /> • The scope of work includes creating a model of the existing City water system to help <br /> determine how sufficient quantities of water at the appropriate pressure can be delivered to <br /> the TCAAP site upon full development. This will help answer the question; is a water <br /> tower needed on the site? <br /> • Water is available to the site from two existing truck lines; one located south of Hwy 96 <br /> and one located west of US 10. <br /> • The analysis will look at the feasibility of taking over the infrastructure that serves the <br /> Drivers Testing site and the State Surplus Sales facility that are currently serviced by <br /> Mounds View water. <br />
