The extent to which the proposal provides public benefits such as usable <br />civic and open spaces, livable streets, affordable housing, living wage jobs, <br />structured and/or shared parking and linkages to transit; <br />4. The extent to which the proposal does not hinder future opportunities for <br />higher intensity development; and <br />5. Considerations of health and welfare to the general public. <br /> <br />3.4 Plat Approval: The applicant shall follow Chapter 11 of the AHC, for the plat approval <br />subject to the requirements for public infrastructure only per the TRC and for the purpose of <br />design review.
