DRAFT August 13, 2014 <br />4.0 Definitions <br />Many terms used in this document are defined in the AHC, Chapters 1 and 13. Definitions are only <br />included here if not <br />defined in the AHC, or if the definition for this document differs from the AHC. <br />In case of a conflict between the definitions under this Section and the AHC, Chapters 1 and 13, <br />the definitions in this section shall supersede. <br />A <br />Administrative Modification <br />A requested modification to TRC zoning district standards per the Administrative Modifications <br />provision of Section 3.0: Administration. The JDA shall have the authority to administratively <br />approve a request for an Administrative Modification. <br />Arcade <br />A portion of the main façade of the building that is at or near the property line and a <br />colonnade supports the upper floors of the building. Arcades are intended for buildings with <br />ground floor commercial or retail uses and the arcade may be one or two stories.
