Lot Coverage – Conforming <br /> <br />The proposed project does not exceed the lot coverage limitations of the R-2 Zoning District. <br />The maximum lot coverage for impervious surfaces is 35% and the minimum landscape <br />coverage is 65%. As proposed, the impervious surface coverage would be 24.6% with 75.4% of <br />the lot covered by landscaping. The maximum structure coverage is 25% and the proposed home <br />and attached garage would occupy 15.2% of the lot area.
