I have enclosed <br />the Application form, a description of the proposed project and narrative describing how <br />the application meets the six hardship criteria, a site survey with proposed garage <br />location, architectural plans for the proposed garage, a drainage and stormwater <br />management plan, two site plans for alternative layout scenarios, and photos of the <br />existing garage and property. I have also included separate checks for the application <br />fee and escrow. Please let us know if you require any further information. <br />I also discussed the proposed plan with Patrick Hughes at the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District, and he confirmed that a RCWD permit will not be required. <br /> <br />Thanks for your time and consideration, <br /> <br />Chad Myers <br /> <br />
