• I contacted the Rice Creek Watershed after reviewing their website for permit requirements. <br />They state on their site that a permit is not required for projects under 5000 sq. ft. and my <br />entire project is less than 4000 sq. ft. I also detailed my intentions with grading etc. and the <br />email response I received from them is included with this request. <br /> <br />• I contacted the City Engineer upon the recommendation of the City Planner and described my <br />project to him for recommendations. We will be submitting erosion control and grading plans <br />as part of the upcoming retaining wall replacement. <br /> <br />• A technician was hired to locate the iron lot line markers and this has been done. We also have a <br />fence that runs along the South side of the property and the technician located evidence that <br />the fence is almost exactly on the property line, so we have a reference boundary. The yard has <br />been staked in lieu of a survey. <br /> <br /> <br />I thank you for your consideration of this request.
