Lot Size & Dimensions: <br />The lot is 8.93 acres (388,991 sq. ft.), <br />with approximate dimensions of 530 <br />feet by 760 feet. <br /> <br />B. Structure Setbacks: <br />The original PUD approved a variance <br />to reduce the eastern side yard parking <br />lot setback to 10 feet. All other <br />setbacks are conforming. <br /> <br />C. The additional storage tank is not expected to impact access to the <br />site or traffic circulation.
