ORDINANCE NO. 2014-004 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2014-004 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTIES. <br /> <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1315.01, IS <br />HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br />following described properties have been re-zoned to a POS zone (Parks and Open Space <br />District): <br /> <br />Described Properties <br /> <br />1. The property located at 1791 Chatham Avenue, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single <br />Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road E2 West, east o f <br />New Brighton Road, west of Chatham Avenue, and north of the Soo Line Railroad and is <br />also described by the following legal description: <br /> <br />Park 2, Chatham Fourth Addition <br /> <br />2. The property located at 1678 Oak Avenue, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential District) and is generally located south of the Soo Line Railroad, east of New <br />Brighton Road, west of Oak Avenue, and north of Lake Johanna Boulevard and is also <br />described by the following legal description: Legal description being finalized <br /> <br />3. The property located at 4601 Prior Avenue North, which is currently zoned R-3 <br />(Townhouse & Low Density Multiple Dwelling District) and is generally located south of <br />County Road H, east of Interstate 35W, west of Highway 10, and north of Highway 96 and is <br />also described by the legal description included in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. The property located at 3301 New Brighton Road, which is currently zoned R-2 (Single & <br />Two Family Residential District) and is generally located south of Stowe Avenue, east of <br />Katie Lane, west of New Brighton Road, and north of Jerrold Avenue and is also described <br />by the legal description included in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />5. The property located at 1750 Parkshore Drive, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential District) and G-B (Gateway Business District) and is generally located south of <br />Round Lake, east of Gateway Boulevard, west of Old Highway 10, and north of Interstate <br />694 and also described by the following legal description: Legal description being finalized <br /> <br />
