She <br />reported that she would not be referring to the site by this name. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung reported that he would not be able to attend the State of the City <br />meeting on Thursday morning. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes suggested that the recycling program not be discussed. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung believed that residents still had questions and suggested that it remain <br />a topic for discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant recommended that the bridges in Arden Hills be addressed along with <br />redevelopment of the Lexington Station area. He was in favor of a transportation update being <br />provided by MnDOT. <br /> <br />C. Preliminary 2015 Budget <br /> <br />City Administrator Klaers stated the State Legislature has changed the certification date of the <br />proposed maximum tax levy from September 15 to September 30.
